Total Force, Inc. (“Rapid Recall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Rapid Recall platform, including our website, web application, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). • User-Generated Content: Information, data, text, messages, and other content you submit, upload, or create through the Service, including roster information, organizational data, and communications sent through in-app messaging.
• Communications: When you contact us for support, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the content of those communications.

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and session duration.

• Roster and Contact Data: Organization administrators may upload roster data, which may include names, contact information, roles, and demographic information of organization members, including information about minors (such as members of a sports team or youth organization).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account and process transactions
• To send transactional communications, including service announcements, billing reminders, and account notifications via email, SMS, and push notifications

4. Children’s Privacy

However, we recognize that organization administrators (such as coaches, team managers, or school officials) may upload roster or contact information that includes data about minors. In such cases:
• The organization administrator is responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian consent before uploading personal information of minors under 13, as required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and applicable state laws.
• We rely on the organization administrator to act as the authorized agent of the parent or guardian for purposes of consenting to the collection and use of minor data through the Service.
• Personal information of minors is used solely to provide the Service as directed by the organization administrator and is not used for marketing or advertising purposes.
• We do not sell or share personal information of minors with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Parents or guardians may contact us through the web contact form on this site to review, delete, or restrict the processing of their child’s personal information.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
• Within Your Organization: Information you provide may be visible to administrators and other members of your organization as determined by your organization’s account settings.
• Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, SMS messaging, push notification services, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
• Business Transfers: If Rapid Recall is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
