A roster that leaders can trust.
Rapid Recall’s roster management system gives organizations a clean, flexible, and intuitive way to maintain accurate personnel data — the foundation for everything from recalls and staffing to accountability and duty-of-care.
Why Roster Management Matters
Most operational failures during recalls, staffing events, or emergencies come down to one thing:
Bad, outdated, or incomplete data.
Units and teams often rely on:
- Old spreadsheets
- Personal lists
- Group chats
- Informal notes
- Outdated contact sheets
- Separate systems across leaders
Rapid Recall replaces these fragmented sources with a single roster that:
- Is easy to update
- Is shared across authorized leaders
- Powers your Events, Rapid Dial, COP, and WatchTower
- Reflects your organization’s real structure
- Is designed for distributed teams
What Rapid Recall’s Roster Management Helps You Do
Maintain clear, accurate personnel data
Every person has a profile with:
- Name
- Phone(s)
- Address(es)
- Custom fields
- Unit, shift, or station
- Certifications or skills
- Status and notes
Leaders can add or update fields as needed without creating confusion.
Store multiple address types for each person
This is a major differentiator.
Your roster can hold:
- Home
- Worksite / duty station
- Drill location
- Temporary assignment
- Travel location
- Hometown (for family-impact awareness)
- Exercise or training location
This powers the COP and WatchTower with real-world context.
Filter personnel instantly
Find exactly who you need using:
- Unit
- Station / shift
- Rank or role
- Custom fields
- Certifications
- Availability (from Events)
- Hazard proximity (from WatchTower)
This turns your roster into an operational tool — not just a list.
Build dynamic groups in seconds
Leaders can create “distro lists” or dynamic segments using any filter.
Examples:
- “Everyone in Bravo Company under E-6”
- “All volunteers within 10 miles of Station 3”
- “All personnel with EMT certification”
- “Everyone in investigations + SWAT”
- “Everyone not accounted for in current Event”
These groups can be used in Events, Rapid Dial, or for reporting.
Use simple CSV import to add multiple contacts
Rapid Recall supports CSV import workflows and gracefully handles:
- Varying file structures
- Multiple addresses
- Custom fields
- Common roster formats
- Legacy or export files
Give leaders the right access — nothing more
Role-based permissions ensure:
- Admins manage the full roster
- Leaders see what they need
- Members can update their own info (if enabled)
- Sensitive fields can be restricted
